By accessing or using Toolora Online you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Toolora Online publishes free browser-based utilities. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time and without notice. We aim for high availability but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may take the site down for maintenance.

You agree not to: (a) use the site for anything illegal or harmful; (b) attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site's infrastructure; (c) probe, scan, or bypass authentication or access controls; (d) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains malicious code; or (e) scrape or automate the site in ways that materially impair it for others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

You keep all rights to the text, files, and other inputs you submit to a tool. Where a tool runs entirely in your browser, we never receive that content. Where a tool needs server processing, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process the content for the sole purpose of returning a result to you, and we discard it as soon as processing finishes.

If you create an account, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@the-toolsmith.lovable.app.

The site's name, branding, design, written content, and underlying code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the site for its intended purpose. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

The site may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

The site and every tool on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that results will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify important outputs before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolora Online and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you a different right.
