Cookie Policy

We use browser storage sparingly. In practice, that means one or two localStorage keys and, if you sign in, an authentication cookie or token issued by our auth provider.

Authentication session. Set only if you sign in. Keeps you signed in between visits. Managed by our auth provider (Supabase). Cleared when you sign out.

CSRF and security tokens. Short-lived values used to protect form submissions from cross-site attacks.

Theme. Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Stored in localStorage under the key "theme". Cleared when you clear site data.

Recent searches. Any recent search terms you type into the site-wide search bar are remembered locally so they can be suggested next time. Stored in localStorage. Cleared when you clear site data.

We record anonymous, aggregated usage counters on our own servers. These counters do not require cookies and cannot be used to identify you. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics products.

We don't run ads, and we don't use advertising cookies, pixels, or fingerprinting.

You can clear browser storage at any time from your browser settings, or in most browsers by opening developer tools and clearing site data. Clearing storage will sign you out and reset your theme preference.

If we add any new form of storage — for example, an optional analytics cookie — we'll list it here first and ask for consent before setting it.
